Delete your account

You're in control of your data.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Carmina and go to Profile, then tap the gear (Settings).
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

What is deleted

Your profile, pen name, photo, every poem and story you wrote (including private ones), your comments, likes, ratings, follows and blocks. This can't be undone.

What may be kept

Reports that other people made about content, kept for safety and legal reasons, and short error logs that no longer link to you once your account is gone.

Can't get into the app?

Email hello@carminapoetry.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
